We accept returns within 5 days from the date you placed your order, provided that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If you are returning for any other reason (change of mind, size preference, etc.), a courier fees of AED 60 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
If the payment was made by bank transfer, we may request your account details to complete the refund.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

5️⃣ Can I exchange my item?
Yes! If you wish to exchange for another color, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange it (subject to availability).
