We deliver across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

2️⃣How long does delivery take?

Abu Dhabi: 1–3 working days
Other Emirates: 3–5 working days

3️⃣How much is the delivery fee?

A flat delivery fee is applied at checkout, depending on your location. (Occasionally we offer free delivery during promotions.)

4️⃣How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation with your tracking details or estimated delivery date.

5️⃣Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes — if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +971 52 290 0309 to update your address.

6️⃣What if I’m not available during delivery?

Our courier will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange another suitable time for delivery.

7️⃣Can I Cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.
In this case, you will receive a full refund, except for any transfer fees charged by your bank (if applicable).

If the order has already been shipped, a service fee of AED 30–40 will be deducted to cover the courier company’s return charges.
